OakCrest Companies announced promotions within the company’s senior management team. Chuck Jarrett, Property Manager for OakCrest Properties, LLC. has been named President of Properties divisions.

Chuck has earned a well-deserved promotions, said Jim Vickers, Chairman and CEO of OakCrest Companies. “He has unique qualities that have enhanced our organization and those abilities will continue to be utilized performing in his new roles.”

Chuck Jarrett joined OakCrest Properties LLC. as a part time employee in 2001 and assumed the position of Property Manager in 2005. Prior to joining OakCrest, Chuck worked at GE for 23 years and at Capitol Records 9 years. As Property Manager Chuck was responsible for all residential and commercial properties owned by OakCrest. He oversaw all day-to-day operations including research of new projects and their feasibility as income producing assets, setting rent amounts, budgets, supervising all maintenance and leasing of all properties. In his new role as President, Chuck will continue all day-to-day operations for OakCrest Properties, LLC. as well as the company’s overall business development and long-term strategy.

Chuck will report directly to the CEO, Mr. Jim Vickers. He added “These changes are incredibly exciting for OakCrest Properties LLC. and for the company as a whole. Not only is this the right change to help drive our continued growth, it is also a shining examples of OakCrest’s meritocracy in action. This promotions is richly deserved, and I can’t think of a leader who are better suited to help guide OakCrest into the future.”

    Hi Chuck this is mr. Wilson we will not be buying this property the manager is not a nice person he’s always finding things agaiagainst us we was looking to buy but now we changing my mind we bring here four year we have also 9000 purchase at Home
